AI for Entrepreneurs is a nine-month, one-to-one programme in Zürich in which a Sadza founder takes you from idea to a registered, funded and staffed company, and shows you how to use AI to do more with a small team. It is for entrepreneurs who want to build a multi-million business, and admission is by application only.

Not for everyone
Building a multi-million business is not for everyone. It asks you to outgrow your current skin, to think completely differently, and to make decisions the person you are today would avoid. We spend nine months beside you, teaching you everything you need to know, and helping you become someone who can carry it.

What is AI for Entrepreneurs?
AI for Entrepreneurs is a nine-month, one-to-one programme in Zürich run by Sadza (AYYA Consulting GmbH). A founder takes you from idea to a registered, funded and staffed company: legal setup, brand, online shop, complete COGS, accounting, payroll and pensions, fundraising, a physical location and capital discipline. AI tools are used throughout to help you do more with a small team.
Who is this programme for?
Entrepreneurs in Switzerland who are serious about building a company, from a strong idea to an existing business that is ready to grow. It is not for everyone, and that is deliberate. Watch Vusi Thembekwayo’s “The 5 Levels of Entrepreneurship” and ask yourself which level you are aiming for.
How much does AI for Entrepreneurs cost?
The full nine-month programme costs CHF 12’500. For a limited time it is CHF 9’500. You only pay once you have been accepted. Accepted participants pay securely in their member area with Payrexx (card, TWINT and more) or by bank transfer.
Where does the programme take place?
Sessions are in person in Zürich where possible, complemented by online calls and work between sessions. Participants from anywhere in Switzerland can join.
How does the 1:1 work?
For nine months you work directly with one of our founders. You follow a month-by-month curriculum and a personal prioritisation matrix of the tasks ahead. We agree the exact rhythm with you once you are accepted.
How is AI used in the programme?
AI is not a separate course. In every month we show you where AI tools save time and money: validating ideas, writing and content, brand and website work, preparing bookkeeping and cost models, customer service and sales. You learn to use AI with judgement, so a small team can work like a bigger one.
Do I need technical or AI skills?
No. You need commitment and an idea or business. We introduce the tools step by step and only where they help your company.
How is this different from a startup accelerator or business coaching?
There is no demo day, no equity taken and no group class. You get nine months of one-to-one work with a founder who has built companies, covering the practical side (legal, numbers, people, premises) and how you change as a person while you grow.
Why do you only accept a few people?
Because it is 1:1. A founder’s time is the scarce resource, so we keep the cohort to 3 seats and only accept people we believe we can really help.

Do I need a company already?
No. We take you from idea to company. If you already have one, we start where you are.
