These terms of service govern your use of the website sadza.ch, including the application form and the member area, operated by AYYA Consulting GmbH, Binzstrasse 12, 8045 Zürich, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). Participation in the programme itself is governed by our terms & conditions.

1. Use of the website

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit automated or bulk requests, or upload unlawful content.

2. Applications

Information you submit in an application must be truthful and your own. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on our side.

3. Member accounts

Member accounts are personal and are created only for accepted participants and our team. Login works with one-time links sent to your e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping access to your e-mail account secure and must not forward login links. Tell us immediately at info@sadza.ch if you suspect misuse.

4. Confidential content

The member area contains confidential information, including the real names of alumni and exclusive programme material. You may not copy, share, screenshot for publication or otherwise disclose this content to third parties.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or end access to the member area if these terms are breached, if your programme participation ends, or for security reasons.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

7. Liability

Use of the website is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damage arising from the use of the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction.
