Terms & conditions
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms and conditions (“T&C”) govern participation in the programme AI for Entrepreneurs (the “Programme”) offered by AYYA Consulting GmbH, Binzstrasse 12, 8045 Zürich, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). Individual written agreements take precedence over these T&C.
1. The Programme
AI for Entrepreneurs is a nine-month, 1:1 mentoring and education programme for entrepreneurs, led by one of our founders. It covers topics such as idea validation, company formation, regulation, brand and online presence, online shops, cost of goods sold (COGS), accounting, payroll, social insurance and pensions, hiring, fundraising methods, opening a physical location, capital discipline, energy management and personal development. The specific content, sequence and session rhythm are agreed individually with each participant.
2. Application and admission
Participation is by application only. Submitting an application does not create a contract and gives no right to admission. We select participants at our sole discretion and are not obliged to give reasons. Not everyone is accepted.
3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded when we confirm your admission in writing (e-mail is sufficient) and you accept the offer, for example by confirming in writing or paying the invoice.
4. Price and payment
The regular programme fee is CHF 12’500. During limited-time offers the price shown on the website at the time of your application applies (currently CHF 9’500). Prices are in Swiss francs. Should VAT become applicable, it will be shown on the invoice. Payment terms (single payment or instalments) are stated in our offer or invoice. There is no payment when you apply. Once accepted, you can pay in your member area through our payment provider Payrexx (Payrexx AG, Switzerland; for example by card or TWINT) or by bank transfer against invoice. Your seat is secured once payment is received.
5. Sessions and cooperation
Sessions take place in person in Zürich and/or online, as agreed. Sessions you cancel less than 24 hours in advance may be counted as held. We will reschedule sessions we have to cancel. Your success depends largely on your own commitment and the work you do between sessions.
6. Satisfaction guarantee and cancellation
If you don’t like our method and we haven’t convinced you that the Programme is right for you, you may withdraw by written notice within 30 days of your first session and receive a refund of the fee paid minus an administrative fee of CHF 500. Details are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these T&C.
7. No guarantee of results
We share knowledge, experience and methods. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or medical advice in the regulated sense, and we do not guarantee any business, financial or personal result. Where necessary, we will recommend that you consult a qualified professional (e.g. a fiduciary, lawyer or doctor).
8. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share about yourself and your business confidentially. In return, you agree to keep confidential the identities of other participants and alumni, and all non-public information made available in the member area.
9. Intellectual property
All programme materials, templates, the prioritisation matrix and other content remain our property or that of the respective rights holders. You may use them for your own business but may not pass them on, publish or sell them.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damage and lost profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination for cause
Either party may terminate the contract for good cause with immediate effect. Good cause on our side includes serious breach of confidentiality or disrespectful conduct. In this case, fees for the part already delivered remain due.
12. Data protection
Our privacy policy applies.
13. Changes
We may amend these T&C. The version valid at the time the contract was concluded applies to existing contracts.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.
